11 page revision of a more or less anecdotic presentation at the Poitiers
Colloquium "Acadie, mythe et réalité" in 1994

UNE ARCHITECTURE DE LA MAISON ACADIENNE d'aujourd'hui et demain d'après
Louisboug This was presented in 1992 at a colloquium ARCHITECTURE ACADIENNE
at Bouotouche near Moncton. It consists of:

- 11 pages of text

- choice of 8
of the rebuilt houses and 3 not built, with plan and elevation and sketches
of minimum adaptation (as if the buildings had lasted) and present-day
design influenced by Louisbourg

- 1 plate showing a schematic study of
variation on a "modulable" house using the still valid aspects of
Louisbourg housing integrated into to-day's functional and
esthetic norms.

SCALE-MODEL
OF LOUISOURG (pending finances) for Chatellerault, "Capital" of
the Chatelleraudais, home region of the DeGannes Family, where, at Falaise,
is a small museum in the original part of the DeGannes Family seat,
now in the Roux Family, Friends of mine.
